About the Role:

Join God's Purposeful Healthcare Staffing and Private duty Agency We are looking to hire float pool Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients every day. We want to build a dedicated team in Atlanta, GA, that is passionate about providing exceptional care to ensure the highest quality of care to our elderly population.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Help with mobility and physical activities as directed by healthcare professionals.

Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical stamina to assist patients and perform tasks throughout shifts.
