Facility Coordinator

Job Overview Clean Harbors is currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join their team at Carson, CA! As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations. Performs daily tasks of drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks. Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements, able to use scanning application. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management. Prepares all outbound shipments for final destination: bar coded, weights, palletized. Coordinates load between hubs, plants, and central logistics; ensures transportation efficiency and maintains compliance with storage permits; dispatches transportation from hubs, maximizing trailer weights. Assists on tracking of manifest return timelines. Maintains Hub Database Outlook - Hub Management. Assures proper DOT exemptions are utilized for proper transfer and management of TTT containers prior to departure from facility. Reports and assists on any issues that may occur at the hub facility, such as leaks, releases to the Health & Safety Manager or Compliance Manager immediately. May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years or older. 1+ Years of related experience. Forklift experience preferred (Not required). Ability to use computer. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Office work. Excel, Microsoft. Moderate computer skills.
