As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Reception in Miami FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will greet visitors manage access monitor activity at the entrance and support security-related operations with professionalism and this highly visible role you will help create a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication teamwork and integrity while staying responsive to the needs of tenants guests and staff.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas manage visitor check-in and access processes and communicate with building personnel regarding authorized entry and site activity.
• Answer phones greet guests and provide directions and general assistance in a professional manner consistent with a commercial office location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support access control and badge verification processes help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of activity at the front desk and surrounding entrance area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to speak read and write Spanish fluently.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
