About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the transformation of its marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a global go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving the next phase of expansion. A masterful understanding of enterprise pipeline mechanics, account-based marketing, and sales-marketing conversion funnels is essential. The ideal CMO will be a strategic visionary, a data-fluent communicator, and an adaptable scale driver with a growth and mentorship mindset. They should be adept at managing large budgets, projecting customer lifetime value, and minimizing customer acquisition costs. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, and who is committed to fostering a culture of metric accountability, AI-enabled productivity, and operational continuous improvement.
