About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its marketing strategy and execution across two business units. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping enterprise growth strategy, accelerating customer acquisition, and strengthening brand leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling revenue, generating high-quality leads, and driving consumer engagement, particularly within retail-oriented healthcare environments. The CMO will be tasked with developing and owning the comprehensive marketing strategy, including demand generation, patient acquisition, and brand development, and will be expected to lead a high-performing marketing organization, fostering a culture of measurement, experimentation, and optimization. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing. The role requires a leader with exceptional execution skills, a proven ability to drive growth within multi-site or high-growth organizations, and experience in integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-site healthcare, retail health, or adjacent healthcare services environments, and a preference will be given to those with an MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline. The CMO will be expected to be an enterprise-minded growth leader, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, and with a relentless focus on customer experience and long-term value creation.
