Position Overview: Seeking a Quality Manager with 10+/- years of experience. Job Title: Quality Manager Location: Fremont, CA Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary Range: $95K-$120K Benefits: For eligible employees we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage. We offer 401(k) enrollment for eligible employees. Key Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action; consult with outside agencies as needed Support facility to maintain consistent compliance with specifications, product quality, and product safety requirements Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Similar 10+ Years of Experience Experience w/ ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 #J-18808-Ljbffr
