Job Title : Quality Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA
Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality Manager with strong PCB assembly/electromechanical manufacturing, quality systems, audits, compliance, and Lean Manufacturing experience to lead quality operations and customer/regulatory quality activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality systems, policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
- Interface with customers on technical quality issues.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing teams on product quality.
- Evaluate supplier quality and manufacturing capabilities.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement activities.
- Support management with quality reports, budgets, and operational decisions.
