Job Title Quality Manager 4 Location Milpitas, CA Job Description Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance programs. Lead customer, regulatory, and compliance audits . Manage manufacturing/production quality and resolve technical quality issues. Oversee PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical integration quality. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with customers, suppliers, engineering, and management on quality issues and improvement projects. Lead corrective action, problem solving, and quality improvement activities. Key Requirements 6+ years of Quality Systems experience. Previous Quality Manager/Quality Engineering Manager experience. 5+ years of Electromechanical Integration / PCB Assembly experience. 3+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
