Kelly® is hiring Production Associates on behalf of a premier industrial manufacturing company in Orwell.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.00/hour (Day Shift: 6:40am – 6:40pm)
• $20.00/hour (Night Shift: 6:40pm – 6:40am)
• 12-hour shifts; clean, climate-controlled environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and cermet inserts
• Maintain accurate computer records for product weights and coating cycle data
• Perform regular maintenance: clean fixtures and base plates, check gas supplies, conduct scheduled batch cleanings
• Follow established safety and quality procedures in all tasks

This Opportunity Could Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a High School diploma or GED (an Associate’s or technical degree is a plus)
• Are comfortable using computers (including SAP MII or similar software) and can follow written and verbal instructions
• Possess good math skills and attention to detail
• Can handle small parts carefully and follow product handling guidelines
