Senior Business Intelligence Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a fast-paced, industry-leading digital supply chain organization. In this role, you’ll combine data engineering, advanced analytics, and modern BI tools to deliver high-impact insights that drive real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models
- Transform complex datasets into clear insights using tools like:
- Looker (LookML)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Cognos
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows using:
- Alteryx
- Microsoft Fabric
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support data architecture and performance
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to:
- Define KPIs and success metrics
- Build reporting strategies
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance best practices
- Drive innovation through automation, BI optimization, and enhanced user experience
- Work in a highly hands-on, technical environment delivering production-grade solutions
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with BI tools:
- Looker (LookML)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Cognos
- Hands-on experience with:
- Alteryx
- Microsoft Fabric
- GCP environments
- Advanced skills in:
- SQL (data modeling, optimization)
- Python (preferred)
Core Strengths
- Deep expertise in BI development and modern data stacks
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Familiarity with AI-driven BI or advanced analytics is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
