We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to help us realize our vision of becoming North America's largest full service leasing company. We recognize that rental service is essential to full service lease growth and have dedicated significant resources to enhancing our Rental department through technology, training, and talented people. The Rental organization is critical to the success of PACCAR's franchises, providing exceptional customer service and premium margins. The Rental team facilitates fleet growth by training, coaching, and selling the processes and products PacLease provides. The Rental Coordinator position will support the rental organization and team members within the PacLease Company Store Operation. The ideal candidate has a four year Bachelor's degree and is detail oriented, ambitious, and has great organizational skills and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This candidate must also be committed to supporting PACCAR Leasing's vision to become North America's largest full service leasing company.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Manage Rental counter functions including but not limited to, yard checks, completion of rental agreements, lease & rental invoicing, and vehicle check-in & check-out.
• Provide customer service functions to include, but not limited to, sales activity (both outside and telephone), telephone solicitations, supporting existing customer relationships and reservation coordination.
• Cold call solicitation to generate new rental business.
• Provide administrative support to include word processing, filing, and phone coverage.
• Fuel tax recording and receipts.
• License/permit tracking.
• Insurance verification and follow-up.
• Complete yard checks and customer check out'/in's outside in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience with customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling sales activities, telephone solicitations, and supporting customer relationships. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as part of a team and supporting colleagues, with the ability to work independently when needed. A "Team Player." Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Education Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
