The Territory Manager will be the primary point of contact for our customers for the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve business targets and long‑term growth.Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals.Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education, device programming, follow‑up, and in‑service training.Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other healthcare stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to implement effective sales and educational initiatives.Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare system changes to adjust strategies proactively.Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and training programs.Manage territory operations with integrity, including reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance with T&E, AdvaMed, and company standards.Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product expertise while staying current on competitive offerings.Utilize CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to drive business insights and performance.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of direct sales experienceBachelor’s degreeProven track record of sales successStrong oral and written communication skillsHigh initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionWillingness to travel 1–2 overnights per weekPreferred QualificationsMinimum 5 years of medical device sales experienceMedical Device experience in pain, implantable, or similar spacesSolid understanding of the reimbursement climate (Category 3 preferred)Demonstrated leadership capabilitiesExperience selling in hospital, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and office-based settingsFamiliarity with local Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contractsAbility to present a compelling value proposition with both financial and clinical impactExperience selling disruptive technologiesBackground in consultative salesProficiency with CRM toolsRequisition ID: 628281The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $121,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.For MA positions: It is unlawful to require or administer a lie detector test for employment.
