Work Monday through Friday and choose your area of expertise—elementary, middle school, high school, or possibly adult transition programs—by specifying your preferred age group for caseload assignments.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, especially within school settings
• Comfortable and confident supporting students with higher and diverse needs
• Must possess valid PA clearances to work in education settings
• Ability to commute onsite for interviews as well as daily work
• Flexibility, patience, and strong communication skills
• Open to working in a variety of classroom environments and grade levels
• Full-time availability throughout the 26/27 school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support to special education teachers and assist students individually or in small groups
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Support students in academic, social, and self-care activities as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with staff to implement behavior and learning strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in all duties
