Schedule for this role includes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, making it an ideal position for professionals seeking flexibility and meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional experience, particularly within school settings
• Background in behavioral health is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, encouraging demeanor
• Ability to foster trust and rapport with students aged 18-22
• Reliable, dependable, and collaborative approach to supporting educators and other specialists

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student participating in the VTC program
• Implement individualized strategies based on student needs and educational goals
• Promote a positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging participation and engagement
• Collaborate closely with teachers and behavioral health staff to reinforce growth and progress
• Monitor student progress and contribute observations to the educational team
• Assist with daily activities, transitions, and skill-building exercises as needed
