Overview The Enterprise Business Improvement Services (EBIS) team is seeking a highly motivated MBA student or high-performing undergraduate Junior or Senior to join us as a Strategic Management Intern for the Fall 2026 Semester. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives while working alongside senior leadership. This intern will play an important role in helping develop the Knights of Columbus' 2027 Strategic Plan.

Core Responsibilities Support the development of the Knights of Columbus 2027 Strategic Plan. Assist with collecting and consolidating strategic plans from departments across the organization. Format, analyze, and evaluate department-level strategic plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities. Help ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives. Prepare reports and other materials to support strategic planning efforts. Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions.

Skills Qualifications Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment. Education Students pursuing an MBA or a high-performing undergraduate majoring in Business, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
