Marketing Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Compliance Execute marketing operations processes in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Develop a strong understanding of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing commercial operations. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline marketing operations processes. Support change management initiatives impacting the commercial organization. Ensure commercial activities are properly documented and compliant with applicable laws and company policies. Promotional Materials & Asset Management Manage the full lifecycle of promotional materials, including review, approval, production, distribution, and retirement. Coordinate print production, inventory management, and distribution of promotional materials for the commercial field team. Maintain digital and physical repositories of promotional assets, ensuring version control, expiration tracking, and compliance. Ensure promotional materials meet all labeling and regulatory requirements. Contracts, Sponsorships & Compliance Reporting Coordinate approval, execution, and tracking of commercial contracts. Manage sponsorship request and approval workflows. Facilitate Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments for healthcare professional engagements. Track and report Transfer of Value (TOV) activities in compliance with Sunshine Act and transparency reporting requirements. Partner closely with Compliance to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local reporting regulations. Support logistics and operational execution for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagements. Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams.
