Job Summary As we continue to expand throughout the Southeast we are seeking a motivated Business Development Rep to grow and strengthen our commercial landscape construction portfolio. This role is focused on developing long‑term business‑to‑business partnerships by identifying new opportunities, providing customized maintenance solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship‑driven environment, understands the value of proactive communication, and brings a results‑focused approach to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with design‑build and construction general contractors across multiple markets Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research Prepare, present, and follow up on bids, contracts Work closely with estimating team to ensure proper bidding of all new projects Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proper handoffs of all projects, covering scope of work and customer expectations Track sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and report performance metrics Represent Tri Scapes professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Maintain a deep understanding of company service offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the landscape construction, or related service industries Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, Aspire, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness; quick to answer emails, calls, and texts.
