We are driving an exciting technological transformation of customer IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting‑edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure. CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Master Scheduler to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract. Responsibilities Designs, develops, and maintains detailed resource‑loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems Works with Tech Refresh and operational teams to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assists in keeping these schedules current and updated on a weekly basis Uses or recommends automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or program‑mandated software Develops and/or modifies project schedules and/or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule Maintains the overall Master Program/Project Schedule Links project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area, and/or other IMSs Provides hands‑on development of layered schedules and IMSs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives Maintains status on linkages and dependencies with related projects Provides services IAW the contract documents and meets performance metrics set forth in the SLAs Creates required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contract Qualifications Required Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly AS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 6+ years of experience Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, project scheduling, or project execution role following a detailed, integrated schedule Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies. Desired ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Experience with Microsoft Project Server and associated client applications Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
