Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle payroll for union and non-union employees
Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage determinations, and payroll regulations
Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting with a high level of accuracy
Serve as a payroll subject-matter expert for leadership, HR, and operations
Support audits, union reporting, and year-end payroll activities

Qualifications

5+ years of payroll experience, including a managerial or lead capacity
3+ years of union payroll experience
Associate’s degree or higher
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
