You’ll provide end-user technical support for on-site and remote employees, deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, and maintain documentation in FreshService. You’ll collaborate with IT Support and IT Infrastructure teams, uphold security and data protection, and deliver a high level of customer service with a growth mindset.
