We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base.Services:Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and ProcurementBusiness EnablementBusiness SolutionsProject AssuranceAdministers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.Tracks all proposal responses.Directs the production of final proposals.Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.Performs other duties as assigned.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment while producing high-quality work products.Extreme attention to detail.Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.Ability to work with all levels of staffExcellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred. Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator preferred.Working ConditionsOffice SettingMust be located in central or eastern time zoneThis position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements.
