About the Role

Kopius is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team on-site at our new Atlanta office. This role supports Kopius as a company, not only the local team: you will serve employees across the organization regardless of location, working closely with our centralized IT team based in Argentina.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the eyes and hands of a distributed IT team, works effectively with both in-person users and remote colleagues, and takes ownership of the operational health of a growing office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in Atlanta and remote support to employees company-wide
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
• Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID user and access tasks, and endpoint management through our MDM platform
• Handle basic networking tasks: connectivity troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, switches, and office infrastructure
• Coordinate with external vendors for installations, repairs, internet services, and cabling
• Manage IT assets and inventory, including equipment deployment for new hires, recovery at offboarding, and procurement
• Maintain office technology, meeting rooms, and conferencing equipment
• Stay aligned with the centralized IT team through regular meetings, ongoing communication, and timely escalation

Basic Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage employees at all levels and coordinate with a remote team
• Customer service orientation: patient, approachable, and solution-focused
• Self-motivated, comfortable as the sole on-site IT presence and accountable for local outcomes
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and follow-through discipline
• Proactive troubleshooter who drives issues to resolution

Technical Requirements

• 3-5 years providing on-site IT support in a corporate environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or another MDM solution
• Basic networking : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching
• Experience with printers, peripherals, and office equipment
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and vendor coordination
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Nice to Have

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
• Experience supporting conferencing and meeting room technology
• Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Background in IT services, technology consulting, or professional services

• Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / year. Individual base pay within the posted range is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Location: Candidates must be located in the Atlanta metro area.
