Medical University of South Carolina - - Responsibilities: Manages and schedules clinic appointments and revises clinic schedules as necessary; reviews clinics prior to clinic date to ensure that they are scheduled appropriately; Responsible for assuring completeness of patient records in EPIC prior to clinic; Maintains scope schedules, scheduling diagnostic tests or other ancillary procedures predominately for the Colon and Rectal Surgery Division and other divisions as needed; Serves as a contact person for the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery; coordinates schedules including meetings and travel arrangements; maintains calendars and briefs physicians prior to meetings; Helps manage patient referrals, ensuring outside records are received and appropriate ancillary tests have been requested and/or scheduled
