Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License (ASD)
- Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Understanding of IEP development and implementation

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective instruction tailored to students with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Implement evidence-based strategies for classroom management and behavior support
- Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in relevant meetings and trainings
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued
