About the team: The Global HR team supports Customer Engagement Services by addressing associate needs and advancing HR strategies. Located in Bentonville, Chennai, and Bangalore, the CES People team builds the foundation behind the customer experience. As CES evolves through technology, automation, and new work methods, the team partners with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. They focus on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, associate experience, and change management. This team uses data-driven insights to help leaders build high-performing teams equipped to meet future customer care demands.
