How You'll Contribute Formally track and report progress toward established goals and milestones for delivery of results. Apply creative problem-solving skills to strategic issues. Participate in cross-training activities, cross-departmental sharing of knowledge and, when appropriate, cross-departmental developmental assignments. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing and developing new programs to management. Develop and lead focused training as needed to support organizational needs and requirements. How You're Qualified Nine or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience. A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
