Account Executive - Bilingual

Job Summary Exciting opportunity with iHeartMedia and RUMBA 106.1! As a Bilingual Account Executive (Spanish + English) at iHeart, you will learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products to the Hispanic and General Market consumer, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research, consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to best meet your clients’ expectations. Responsibilities As a Bilingual Account Executive, you will learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products to the Hispanic and General Market consumer, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research, consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills, and persuasive communication. Experience with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and high school diploma (college degree preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Digital/media sales experience is a plus. Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising background, and network in the market is an additional advantage.
