Night Shift Psych Nurse - RN

Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – No Weekends Provide quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral and addictive diagnoses, ensuring their safety and continued care. Play a pivotal role in the treatment planning process and in patient and family education. Assess patient needs through daily interaction with the patient and other health care providers. Develop comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment plans and monitor patient progress toward meeting treatment goals. Administer medications safely, accurately, and timely. Provide comfort and care in accordance with policies, procedures and nursing protocols. Communicate changes in patient status with attending physician. Qualifications Valid State of Georgia Nursing (RN) License or eNLC License from a participating state. Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
