Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent accounting and administrative experience will be considered
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong computer skills required

Experience Requirements

• 2+ yeras of previous experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections required
• Experience processing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and daily accounting functions
• Experience handling customer account inquiries and payment follow-up
• General administrative or office support experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Flexible team player willing to assist with a variety of office responsibilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Capable of performing repetitive data entry and administrative tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person
• Regular attendance and dependable work habits required

Job Duties

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and enter approximately 5 to 7 bills daily
• Assist with Accounts Receivable activities and customer account management
• Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and collections efforts
• Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting, payment tracking, and record maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative documentation
• Answer customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations
• Serve as backup support for the Office Assistant when needed
• Ensure records are accurate, organized, and up to date
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
