Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care in a busy surgical and medical unit. Candidates will ensure optimal patient outcomes through skilled nursing interventions and compassionate patient interaction. Responsibilities: Assess patients' medical conditions to develop and implement appropriate care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing clinical situations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatments and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Hold an active Illinois Registered Nurse license. Obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS certification. Possess ACLS certification for relevant units. Have experience in medical-surgical or ICU settings.
