Shift Manager

Overview Wendy’s Shift Manager leads a fast-paced team to deliver quality food and a great guest experience. Responsibilities Lead a Wendy’s restaurant’s team to be fun, fast, and friendly while maintaining high standards. Handle customer concerns professionally and learn from each interaction. Ensure new team members understand how things work and are trained accordingly. Maintain and enforce food safety standards and procedures. What you bring to the table (Qualifications) At least one year of restaurant work experience. High school diploma or GED (additional college or military experience is welcome). Experience leading, managing, and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving, customer service, and decision-making skills. Ability to give and receive direction effectively. Flexible work availability. You must be willing and able to Travel to other Wendy’s locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed. Stand and move for most or all of your shift. Lift up to 25-50 lbs. occasionally. Handle weather-related moments and other operational challenges. Wear a headset, use restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
