Regional Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility while driving strategic initiatives that support operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership across warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, quality, safety, and process improvement. Working closely with cross-functional leadership, the Operations Manager develops and implements strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen employee performance, enhance customer service, and support long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Champion a strong safety-first culture throughout the facility. Lead workplace safety initiatives, inspections, audits, and risk mitigation efforts. Investigate workplace incidents and oversee corrective and preventive action plans. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Encourage proactive identification and resolution of workplace hazards. Operations Management Direct all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations. Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of established key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain compliance with organizational operating procedures and quality standards. Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer orders, repair activities, and assembly operations are completed on schedule. Oversee packaging, shipping, and transportation processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency while meeting service commitments. Performance & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement initiatives that improve: Workplace Safety On-Time Delivery Inventory Accuracy Product and Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization. Partner with leadership to improve productivity, reduce waste, and support business growth initiatives. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records through effective cycle counting and inventory control processes. Ensure adherence to inventory management standards and warehouse best practices. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate and support annual physical inventory activities. Leadership & Talent Development Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to supervisors and team members. Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for employees. Promote cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility and operational continuity. Foster a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Ensure employees complete all required onboarding, compliance, and job-specific training. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operations teams. Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and operational best practices. Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and achieve measurable business results. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
