ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

ServiceNow Administrator/DeveloperQuevera is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.In this role, you will join a team designing architecture and developing solutions that support organizational needs within a hybrid cloud environment. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations while developing workflows, service requests, integrations, reports, and automation solutions.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on technical experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment. This position offers the opportunity to continue learning and developing professionally while supporting ServiceNow solutions and mentoring junior team members.Job Responsibilities:Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.Create custom workflows.Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.Develop views and reports as needed.Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.Train and mentor junior team members.Minimum Requirements:Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
