Enterprise Client Partner for Government AI Solutions [Remote]

As an Enterprise Client Partner focused on the government sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of advanced AI capabilities within U.S. Government and defense environments. This position emphasizes building strategic relationships across the Department of War, federal agencies, and defense contractors, translating mission needs into deployable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close opportunities within the U.S. Government, Department of War, and defense contractor ecosystems.
• Establish trusted relationships with operators, program managers, and technical stakeholders in mission-critical environments.
• Translate real-world mission needs into AI-driven solutions suitable for secure and constrained environments.
• Own the full deal cycle from early discovery and stakeholder mapping to contract execution and expansion.
• Navigate government procurement processes, collaborating with primes, subcontractors, and acquisition pathways.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to align capabilities with mission requirements.
• Drive initial deployments and ensure successful integration within operational workflows.
• Maintain clear pipeline visibility and provide insights into government demand signals and priorities.
• Contribute to shaping our defense go-to-market strategy, positioning, and early customer footprint.

• Background in the U.S. military, Department of War, or broader U.S. Government ecosystem.
• Experience working with or at a defense contractor or defense tech company.
• Strong understanding of government programs, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in mission-driven environments.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in early-stage settings.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes.
• Drive and enthusiasm for building, this is a hands-on role with significant growth potential.

• Experience in early-stage defense tech startups.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data systems, or autonomy in defense applications.
• Familiarity with acquisition pathways (e.g., SBIR, OTA, IDIQ).
• Existing network within the Department of War, federal agencies, or defense primes.
• Prior experience supporting or leading government-facing sales efforts.

Full-time position, remote work available for candidates in the DC area.

The compensation range for this role is between $220, 000 and $400, 000 annually. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to role and company policies.
