Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: District Office | Status: Exempt | Schedule: 12-month position Position Summary With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) creates and supports the implementation of high-quality positive behavior supports throughout the school district. Education and Experience Requirements Master's Degree in psychology or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Minnesota teaching license in Special Education or School Psychologist would be considered. Salary Range The salary for this position ranges from $80,309 to $94,307, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the district's budget.
