Litigation Associate

Our client, a growing international law firm with a well-established litigation practice, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of insurance defense experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience across a broad range of matters, including personal injury, construction, business, professional liability, transportation, products liability, and real estate-related disputes. The role offers significant responsibility, client interaction, and opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Handle a variety of insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution Manage cases involving: Personal injury litigation Business and commercial disputes Professional negligence claims Products liability matters Take and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Develop litigation strategy and assist with case evaluations Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and recommendations Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, trial, and settlement discussions Work closely with partners and litigation teams to achieve favorable outcomes Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school 3-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience Experience handling discovery and depositions Experience in one or more of the following areas: Products liability Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why This Opportunity Our client offers attorneys the opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation matters while receiving meaningful responsibility and client exposure.
