Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibility of the LMFT will involve therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families. You will address a variety of concerns, including but not limited to:

• Facilitating sessions with couples and individuals to uncover and resolve interpersonal issues.

• Implementing strategies to manage challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

• Providing empathetic support and effective communication strategies to address conflicts, particularly in blended family dynamics.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote mental wellness and resilience among clients.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, encompassing individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n
