Business Analyst Come Live & Grow, Togeher! Join Living Branches and help drive insight, strategy, and impact. Living Branches is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project execution across our multi-site senior living organization. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear insights, support key initiatives, and partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Clinical, HR, and IT to improve performance and strengthen stewardship across our communities. Business Analyst Overview:Perform advanced data analysis across financial, operational, census, workforce, and selected clinical data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across campuses and service lines.Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and leadership reports that support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making.Develop data models and scenario analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, rate setting, capital planning, and long-range financial sustainability.Partner with the CFTO and leadership team to define standardized metrics, data definitions, and reporting methodologies across the organization.Lead or support cross-functional projects, including financial systems initiatives, reporting enhancements, performance improvement efforts, and strategic projects.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by identifying data quality issues and collaborating with system owners to resolve them.Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights and visualizations for executive leaders, board members, and other non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and project management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.Commitment to mission-driven, not-for-profit service. At Living Branches, our roots run deep.
