Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant
- The Accounting Assistant will assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records and accounting data
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking activities
- Help prepare reports, spreadsheets and documentation for the accounting team
- Assist with month-end closing and other administrative accounting tasks
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Prior experience or education in accounting, finance or business
Salary: $45,000-$50,000
