Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs, employing comprehensive evaluations and psychological assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Actively participate in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
