Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a collaborative approach to mental health treatment.

• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as necessary, fostering open communication and trust.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at Mood Harmony Behavioral Services, you will work closely with individuals and families who are actively seeking support and guidance in navigating their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
