What You'll Do
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients while helping them protect what matters most.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where success is celebrated.
- Receive hands-on training and coaching from an established, experienced agent.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Must be fluent in both languages.
- Sales-driven, money-motivated and energetic personality.
- Coachable and driven to succeed, with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required – we'll train the right person!
- Base salary plus commission and bonuses – your hard work pays off.
