Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Brooklyn, NY

A per diem retail pharmacist opportunity is available in Brooklyn, NY, with coverage in the Bronx on July 13th. This role involves ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications and providing excellent patient care within a retail pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications safely and efficiently under manager supervision
- Counseling patients on their medications and treatment plans
- Responding professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Maintaining medication stock and controlled substance records
- Addressing patient issues and clarifying insurance coverage matters
- Date: July 13th
- Shift: 1st shift, Monday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Software: Pioneer pharmacy system
- Current and active New York State pharmacist license
- Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience
This per diem role offers a competitive pay rate of $70/hr.
