Verification Pharmacist

Soliant is seeking experienced Verification Pharmacists for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start. This role is ideal for pharmacists who are confident in prescription verification, clinical accuracy, and working in a high-volume pharmacy environment.

Schedule: Multiple shifts available - daytime, afternoon, overnight, and weekend
Duration: 13-week contract to hire/temp to hire
Start: ASAP
System: Lifefile

Available Shifts

Day: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Afternoon: 1:30 PM-10:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Overnight: 9:30 PM-6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday
Weekend: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Thursday-Sunday

Requirements

Clear, active Texas Pharmacist license
1+ year of pharmacy experience
Closed-door or compounding experience preferred
Strong prescription verification skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
Experience with pharmacy systems; Lifefile experience is a plus
Strong attention to accuracy, compliance, and medication safety

What You'll Do

Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing
Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, interactions, labeling, and patient information
Partner with sterile and non-sterile compounding teams to maintain quality and workflow
Resolve prescription discrepancies and formulation or documentation issues
Provide clinical guidance to pharmacy technicians
Ensure compliance with federal and Texas pharmacy regulations
