Beauty Counter Manager - The Grove

Summary The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences and serves as both salesperson and educator for assigned luxury brands. This role focuses on maximizing counter sales, building a loyal customer following in-store and digitally, and partnering with vendor brands to drive results. The manager also oversees counter presentation, events, and daily operations to ensure a customer-ready environment. Responsibilities Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to ensure a customer-ready presentation Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account setup Requirements Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with excellent customer connection skills Ability to proactively handle customer concerns with empathy and contribute to a positive team environment Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods, frequently bend and reach, and lift up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
