Weekend and evening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance to support Milksha’s very first U.S. store launch. Responsibilities Implement assigned Product/Service Quality and/or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program. Implement assigned Crew Management activity. Implement assigned Cost Management activity. Manage operations of assigned Local Store Marketing or Packaged Program (if any). Corporate Leadership Brand, Inspire Joy and Choose Joy programs. Qualifications At least a High School graduate. At least (6) months experience as a Team/Crew Leader/Trainer in a quick‑service food establishment, or any beverage concept, or retail operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills & abilities have been achieved. High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Results‑oriented, self‑driven, fast learner & adaptable. Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Applicant must be authorized to work in the USA.
