Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize your expertise to treat a diverse array of patient populations, including those requiring orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapy.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills that contribute positively to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment methodologies and ongoing feedback.
• Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions at the patient's home or at our facility for enhanced recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and self-management strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Meet minimum productivity goals while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Vestibule Physical Therapy span various demographics and health conditions, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, children with developmental delays, and elderly patients navigating age-related health challenges. By understanding the specific needs and goals of each patient, you will be instrumental in crafting personalized care plans that promote both recovery and long-term health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Doctorate degrees are welcomed and may be preferred.
• Current state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of direct patient care experience in a physical therapy environment.
• Active certification in CPR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in documentation and patient management systems.
