Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a hospitality setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments We foster a vibrant, inclusive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
