Title
Registered Nurse - Trauma

Schedule
- Shift: Nights - 3x12s (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
- Schedule includes weekend and holiday night coverage

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Valid compact or state RN license required
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
- Experience in ventilator management and care of ventilated patients
- IV vasopressor and central line care/management
- Blood product administration skills
- Neuro support skills: EVD, ICP monitoring
- General acute care skills: PCA, pain management, post-op care

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a trauma setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Strict credentialing/fingerprinting deadline: Tuesday prior to start
- Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after signing contract
- RTO required with submission
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
