Quick Facts Location: Richmond, VA (5801 Bremo Road) Start Date: ASAP End Date / Duration: Ongoing until permanent onboarding Shift: Mon-Fri with call responsibilities, 1:6 call ratio Hours/Week: Full-time hours, approximately 40/week Employment Type: Full-Time, Locum or Permanent support Licenses/Certifications: Board-Certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive) Experience: Prior cardiology experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive and customizable benefits package available Additional benefits: Support for credentialing, flexible scheduling options What You’ll Do Provide non-invasive cardiology services to adult and geriatric patients Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) and interpret results Manage inpatient admissions and outpatient clinic visits Supervise up to 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Collaborate with a team of cardiologists and healthcare professionals Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR system Participate in on-call responsibilities (1:6 ratio) What You Need Required: Board certification in Cardiology (Non-Invasive) Active Virginia medical license (or eligible) Experience with EKG interpretation and inpatient/outpatient management Preferred: Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting Ability to supervise healthcare providers About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Richmond, Virginia, committed to patient-centered care.
